Implementation toolkit – coming soon
An implementation pilot of the Care Companion is currently underway in various settings across Queensland including surgery, aged care, emergency services, and a consumer support service. Results of this pilot will inform an ‘Implementation toolkit’ to support wide-spread use of the Care Companion in various contexts.
